Campaign Coordinator Guide

Your role as campaign coordinator — educating, motivating and inspiring your fellow employees — is central to the success of your organization’s charitable campaign. You will serve as a cheerleader, storyteller, and the “go-to” person for information — and this will be your guide!

A great document to reference, or to fill out and use as a sample form for givers.

Only offical three-ply (printed) pledge forms are valid pledge instruments; the forms below are samples only and may not be used for pledging. Each official pledge form is imprinted with the name and two-digit payee code number of the local campaign area distributing the form, which allows the pledges to be properly processed and distributed.
